Exchange Policy

Just make sure you contact us via Fb/WhatsApp or call within 2 days of receiving your order and we will send someone/arrange a courier to pick it up after informing the return and redelivery Charges. All items should be in their original condition and returned new, unused, with original tags still attached, unwashed and free from make-up and stains.

Here are the steps:

1. Please make sure to pack the item/product the same way it was initially at the time of receipt.
2. On the front stick a label with our (sender) address.
3. Once we receive it we will conduct a QC check & will inform you if we are unable to accept the product.
4. Please note that we will not refund cash for an exchanged item.
5. You can exchange the item with another item or the same item in a different size .
6. Kindly note that you will be applicable to pay redelivery & return charges.
